This innovative approach combines creativity with sustainability to tackle one of the fashion industry's biggest challenges.

Starbucks Strategy Analysis

This project involved a comprehensive retail strategy analysis for Starbucks, focusing on enhancing customer experience and identifying opportunities for growth. By examining industry trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior, the analysis provided actionable recommendations to strengthen Starbucks’ market presence and drive customer loyalty.

Disney+ Marketing Plan

This project focused on developing a strategic marketing plan to help Disney+ regain market share. By leveraging consumer insights and exploring innovative tactics, the plan aimed to enhance brand loyalty and engagement. The project combined creative strategies with data-driven analysis to address real-world challenges in the streaming industry.

Behavioral Nudge Project

This project explored nudging consumer behavior through subtle environmental changes, aiming to reduce elevator usage at UF’s Library West. By applying behavioral science principles, the study demonstrated how small interventions can drive sustainable behavior changes and positively impact resource utilization.
